RB環(huán)形鼓風(fēng)機

英文為Ring Blowers，機殼與葉輪采用重壓壓鑄而成，殼體較厚，內(nèi)部采用無軸承的設(shè)計，可用于氣體輸送，少量的細粉塵亦可進行輸送，這款風(fēng)機可非標定制耐高溫、防腐、防爆···等！因此客戶在選型階段要確認清楚使用工礦！

機殼配置：
1.機殼材質(zhì)：吸料風(fēng)機采用*度壓鑄鋁，壓鑄鋁與奔馳汽車輪毅相同鋁材，相對于普通鋁合金來說，壓鑄鋁更堅固，相對于鐵殼風(fēng)機，更有輕量化的作用。
2.電機性能：吸料風(fēng)機采用中國臺灣電機，電機是一款寬頻，寬壓電機，列入：單相110V/230V 工業(yè)三相：220/380/415/660V等，電機頻率可45-75HZ調(diào)頻，IP55防護等級 F級絕緣等級，其是國內(nèi)電機達不到的工藝，深受國內(nèi)外客戶青睞。
3.風(fēng)機油封：吸料風(fēng)機采用德國MERKEL油封，德國MERKEL（默克爾）材料采用氟橡膠可承受-25℃至300℃。相對于一般油封工作時其唇緣的溫度高于工作介質(zhì)溫度20~50℃，性能更穩(wěn)定，免維護，壽命更久。
4.風(fēng)機軸承：吸料風(fēng)機部件采用德國SKF，日本NSK品牌軸承，軸承高可承受350攝氏度，4000轉(zhuǎn)每分鐘的轉(zhuǎn)速。對于國產(chǎn)洛軸，人本軸承，性能穩(wěn)定，低噪音，免維護，壽命更久，可保證風(fēng)機運行更久。

技術(shù)參數(shù)：

啟動 ：

1、按啟動按鈕啟動風(fēng)機（次啟動時應(yīng)先點動一下，檢查無異后再啟動）。
2、檢查風(fēng)機流量和壓力，注意電機的電流值，不允許電機過載。
3、檢查軸承箱油位、軸承溫度以及風(fēng)機的泄漏、振動和噪聲等是否正常。
4、根據(jù)工藝要求調(diào)整流量。

Required:

1、風(fēng)機設(shè)置時應(yīng)避開多灰、腐蝕性氣體、大濕度、太陽直射及風(fēng)吹雨淋的環(huán)境，風(fēng)機周圍地面應(yīng)保持整潔。風(fēng)機配套電動機對周圍環(huán)境要求較高。往往會應(yīng)為上述原因而降低其性能，故應(yīng)特別注意。

1. When setting up the fan, it should avoid environments with high dust, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight, and wind and rain. The ground around the fan should be kept clean. The matching motor of the fan has high requirements for the surrounding environment. Often, its performance may be reduced due to the aforementioned reasons, so special attention should be paid.

2、風(fēng)機設(shè)置在室內(nèi)時.房屋的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)較為寬敞，且留有足夠?qū)?、高的門，便于風(fēng)機的移動和運輸。

2. When the fan is installed indoors, the structure of the house should be relatively spacious, and there should be enough wide and high doors to facilitate the movement and transportation of the fan.

3、風(fēng)機周圍須留有足夠的空間，以便在風(fēng)機運轉(zhuǎn)時.人員能白由走動，并且能滿足日常維護保養(yǎng)的需要。

3. Sufficient space must be left around the fan so that personnel can move freely during operation and meet the needs of daily maintenance.

4、大型風(fēng)機的安裝地點.皮考慮留有可放置上機殼、轉(zhuǎn)子、進氣箱、調(diào)節(jié)門等配件以及能進行配、拆卸、維修等作業(yè)的空間。風(fēng)機采用帶傳動，還需考慮電動機找正及更換帶輪的空間。

4. The installation location for large fans should consider leaving space for accessories such as the upper casing, rotor, intake box, and regulating valve, as well as for assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and other operations. The fan adopts belt drive, and the space for motor alignment and wheel replacement also needs to be considered.

5、在確定風(fēng)機的布局時.不僅要考慮風(fēng)機本身的安裝空間，還需預(yù)留進出口管路、閥類、原動機的布線、供油裝置、冷卻裝置以及油和水的連接管路的布置空間.

6、在同一地點設(shè)置多臺風(fēng)機時.應(yīng)充分考慮風(fēng)機間的相互間隔、布局等、避免風(fēng)機運行時產(chǎn)生相互影響.

7、對于大型、較重的風(fēng)機.應(yīng)裝備有吊車、電葫蘆等起吊裝置;中小型風(fēng)機根據(jù)其用途，如葉輪需要經(jīng)常更換等，亦滿配備一般的起吊裝置。

7. For large and heavy fans, lifting devices such as cranes and electric hoists should be equipped; Small and medium-sized fans are equipped with general lifting devices based on their usage, such as frequent replacement of impellers.
